In the far-off outskirts of the Meep Kingdom, the cute charm of sweets and candy slowly turns into a frozen, desolate wasteland. They say that it used to be as cheery and beautiful as the land that the Meeps live in. However, that was such a long time ago it is simple word-of-mouth now. This entire frozen climate is home to only one beast: The villainous brother of the King Meep, the Frost Meep.
The Frost Meep used to be nice as his brother. He wished to rule side-by-side with his brother. However, the Frost Meep would not be accepted. While the King Meep and the Sugarfluffs use magic of regular sweets and treats, the Frost Meep uses the powers of ice cream. No Sugarfluff would want his ice cream, it was too cold. He was rejected by every denizen of the Meep Kingdom, even by his own brother. And that, they say, is what chilled the Frost Meep to his very core.
One day he left the Meep Kingdom, retreating to the outskirts of the kingdom and forming his own. He built his castle and lived there, slowly turning the Meep kingdom colder and colder. The icy reach of his kingdom slowly grows. Some say that he's going to turn the entire kingdom into ice. What could this frozen devil possily be planning for the Meep Kingdom? Can his evil plans possibly be stopped?
