One would think orange or something but turns out nope, she's definitely blue.

Technically she's iridescent, but blue is generally the dominant. Red and gold is also sometimes very prominent. Generally, she's blue, especially now that she's stopped being upset all the time. Might I suggest that you work on keeping your curves constant, perhaps starting with a circle tool and then editing from there.
