A complete list of Girl Scout Cookies: A reference guide to potential names for Filly Scout OC’s-
Do-Si-Do- (peanut butter cookie with peanut butter filling)
Dulce De Leche- (made with milk caramel chips)
Lemonade- (shortbread cookie with a tangy lemon icing)
Mango Creme- (vanilla and coconut cookies filled with a tangy mango-flavored creme enhanced with nutrients derived from fruits
Samoa, Caramel deLite- (vanilla cookies covered with caramel on top and bottom then rolled in coconut and striped with chocolate)
Savannah Smiles-(crisp, zesty lemon cookies named in honor of the 100th anniversary of Girl Scouting)
Shout Out!- (Light and crisp, Belgian-style caramelized cookies)
Tagalong- (Regular cookie with soft Peanut Butter and coated with chocolate)
Thanks-a-Lot- (all same type shortbread cookie with chocolate on the bottom)
Thank U Berry Munch- a.k.a. (Berry Munch) (A cookie made with premium cranberries and white fudge chips.)

There are some good pony names in there. These, in particular, get my mind working on designs:

Savannah Smiles (I imagine a Georgia southern belle accent.)
Shout Out (A rough-and-tumble tomboy type like Scootaloo.)
Tagalong (Definitely a good name for a little filly!)
Cartwheel (An acrobatic, cheerleader-type pony.)
Daisy Go Round (A filly who loves wild flowers.)

Little Brownie makes me think of the Theobroma family.. maybe she's Cocoa's little sister! Or a cousin!
