I main Gouken. If you are on PSN, we can plays sometime!
I don't think Dudley is underpowered... seem pretty good to me. Then again after you play some Gouken... every character else seem good.

Fallout new vegas? Errr...well I can't say I know much about the PC version (except you can actually mod things) but hey who can pass up running around post apocalpytic new vegas and wayne Netwon as a radio DJ?
Oh yes and Alice Madness returns, or Portal 2. >_> once again don't play PC games but these games have PC versions if you lack another console.
me however...my computer would probably grow arms and strangle me if I tried to run ANY of them.

I love EVE Online but I need to sell my account there.
I play Star Trek Online in the brony fleet. That's fun.
Minecraft though is the staple I keep falling back on when I want to play casually.
Portal / Portal 2 is fun on occasion.
If I want to play by myself, I have an emulator with all NES and SNES games. Old school gaming FTW!

Diablo III is a good time-waster, especially if you're as loot-hungry as I am.

Re: Video Games
I played Rumble Fighter. Its one of my favorite 'free' online games. Its one of the few games I've played were I actually felt like skill is the main factor. If a player was bad, I could take it easy and toy with them until they lost. If they were really good, I could try my hardest and never land a hit on them... even when they were using 'default' (no fighting style equipped).
You can buy fighting styles like boxing, or tkd. Some with real money, others with in game earned money. I won't lie, most of the best stuff needs to be bought with real money, but again since its mainly based of skill, you can beat real money styles with the free ones you earn through gameplay. Its also kinda more rewarding to beat somepony who has an advantage over you. I played for a long time with no money bought scrolls, but I eventually gave into the temptation of buying some myself. Its like buying a five dollar toy really. Not a huge expense. If you don't have any fighting styles equipped, you use default which is really basic combos... but even with that, people could really beat me no matter how hard I tried. Even while I was using 'Shoot Boxing', a real money style.
And of course, most people I play against aren't too easy, or too much better than me. So I can have a challenging time and narrowly win... or lose.
By the way, its one of the few games I decided to actually spend money on the extra items. I started playing when it first came out, and I come back to it every now and again. Definitely recommend it.
Another game I like is Galactic Civilizations II. Its like Civilization, except its in SPACE.
I particularly like it because you can design your own ships. Not just equip it with better stuff as you research it, but you can cosmetically design it by adding extra parts that have no real technical benefit. The level of customization is pretty good, and that really appeals to the artist in me. For my civilization's flagship, I always design a 'huge' class ship, that I design to look like an angel. Sorta, like the Statue of Liberty, except it flies through space and shoots doom lasers (that's actually the name of the best laser class weapon you can research).
Designing your own ships and then watching them go into battle is pretty neat. Just make sure to research and equip them with the appropriate weapons and defensive systems... otherwise you'll be watching your works of art explode... a lot...
Also, I guess I should mention that... I'm downloading DC universe since its free now, I hear. Haven't played yet, so can't really recommend, but it looks good.

Re: Video Games
Guild Wars 2 releases August 28! I've been in all the betas so far, it's shaping up to be really awesome. They've taken a lot of the worst stuff about MMOs and done away with it all, made it a lot more action-y and fun. No monthly fee to play (just buy the box), no level grinding, no forced party compositions (any class is capable of dealing damage, supporting allies, healing themselves, and controlling enemies instead of -having- to be one role all the time, so no more standing around looking for a healer for 3 hours), no kill stealing or loot stealing or resource stealing of any kind (everypony gets full experience from kills, full loot, etc etc so you'll never get your stuff ninja'd by some bratty little troll), you can actually dodge attacks.. I could seriously ramble for a while, but it's worth looking into if you like the idea of an online world but hate all the junk that comes along with it. It'd be wicked to have a few of us all on the same server (you can switch to friend's ones though so even if we weren't it'd be cool), maybe make a pony guild and be that much more awesome =D

You can check it out there if you want, youtubing it will prolly bring up a -ton- of extra videos by now too. People seem to love recording their PvP sessions, there's some open world vids too though if you poke around enough.
