Panic Attack.

I very recently had a big panic attack. I've had panic attacks before (side effect of chemical depression) but there is usually a trigger, some stressful event that I am responding to. I was just eating, nothing stressful going on, and suddenly felt bad, afraid, nervous. and like something was going to happen. It took me like ten minutes to calm down. An attack that big with no trigger just doesn't happen to me. I've had bouts of nerves without triggers before, but they're mild and usually fade after a minute or two. This was different, and I almost had an attack about the attack.

i don't expect anybody to do anything about it, I just really needed to put my thoughts out there, get them out of my head. Sorry if this is bothering anypony.

I've had those, too. They're anything but fun. And we're not bothered to hear about it, sometimes you just need to tell somepony in order to cope.
