Lunar Observance

With Hearth's Warming Eve approaching, we, the citizens of Ponyville (and Equestria as whole), should take our time and energy to observe the traditions passed down through the years as Equestrians! In order to do that, we would like to ask anyone who wants to volunteer to help us in making this year's Hearth's Warming Eve a bright and festive one for all of Ponyville! ~Twilight Sparkle

The Story: Originally in the old days of Equestria, ponies placed candles at night in rememberance of the fire of friendship that burned to keep Clover the Clever, Private Pansy and Smart Cookie alive under the assault of the Wendigos before the founding of Equestria! This was typically done on the longest, coldest night of the year: the Winter Solistace.

After the rise of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, the solstices were used as days to honor their respective Princesses, but with the first defeat of Nightmare Moon, the Winter Solstice celebrations faded out of favor.

However! Now that Princess Luna has returned and been restored to her former grace, it would be impolite if we didn't kick off the Hearth's Warming season with the traditional opening ceremony! And so, we celebrate the founding of Equestria, Friendship, and the return of Princess Luna with a simple vigil as we open the Hearth's Warming Season.

Season 4 Continuity Merge!

Hey yall! From this point forward the events in the Season 4 opener are now canon and the site is no longer spoiler free regarding the first ~~two~~ episodes and all the events that have transpired have happened in the Fillyverse. This signals a return to our 'one day' continuity merges and the OOC room being the only spoiler area the day of each new episode's premiere. Any questions can be directed towards the Moderator team in chat, through PUBs or even in the section below, have fun and keep cool ponies!

See the Season 4 Discussion thread for information on how we deal with specific details and situation. Right now, We are going thru Epsiode 1. Since the next few Epsiodes doesn't really affect the universe too much, we are just going to merge them all at once at the end of this Season 4 opening event.

Many times when one is in a position of power they end up becoming over time, guilty of the sin of hubris. Acting in utter confidence of all actions regardless of how irresponsible or wrong they are. I am no exception to this. I've had a wonderful experience in acting as the head of this place for a long while, but all things, good, or bad, must come to an end. I am retiring as head administrator.

Preparations are complete and Town Square has been decorated for Nightmare Night! Please enjoy the decorations without climbing on them (Pinkie Pie). Stalls have also been moved into place in case you'd like to host or play games at them.

Fillydelphia Terraria 1.2.0.3.1 server is now up! World Reset!

Our very own Terraria server is up! World have been resetted.

The only rules so far:

1. Be nice and cool and ponies.
2. No spoilers on new enemies / stories / items without warning.
3. No turning into hard mode until everypony is okay with it.

Posted up on the bulletin board, there is a slightly crumpled, square piece of cardboard that has the days of the month written on it. At the top, the current month says it's September, with the listing of each day's weather beneath it.

Green Week! The Ponyville Celebration of Mid Year

Starting on the 16th this month, and going to, and includes 23th, a yearly event is being held! The Green week waterfight! We all know it's getting a bit hot this year, even if it is a little late! The water will however, be enchanted with green dye that will remain, even when washed, for the duration of the event! At the end of the week, the most green pony will be the winner of a shiny green badge to put on their profile. Due to dye! If your coat is already green, it will turn yellow instead!
